Not only is the ramen amazing but it is their gyoza which really kick ass for me. The best gyoza I've ever had. Cooked just right, fried on the one side, bursting with flavour, and not too oily. Great service too - very easy to order exactly what you want even though the staff have no English. And I think the turnover says a lot, the restaurant is always busy and gets a lot of throughput.

I like the sound of the ramen in Minmin and the fact that they don't scrimp on the meat. Looking forward to trying this place on my next visit to Birmingham.

Getting my in the mood for cooking some ramen up at home also!

*slurp*Hillsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17231736028171674124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2627855943826479632.post-21661114046506898622012-09-06T17:09:53.655+01:002012-09-06T17:09:53.655+01:00Sure, will have a good look round your site and ge...Sure, will have a good look round your site and get back to you! Love the blog anyway (I can be contacted through my site) Nick. www.grapevinebirmingham.com Keep up the informative work.NBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01430689829656700252noreply@blogger.com
